Whisk in Urban Meadow Hot Sauce until smooth and combined - this is your homade buffalo sauce. #3 In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cream cheese until fully incorporated. #4 Spread the chicken mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese.#5 Arrange Urban Meadow tater tots in a single layer over the mixture. #6 Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until tots are golden and the casserole is bubbling. #7 Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of cheese, return to oven for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with scallions and serve hot!
