#1 Rinse apples. Remove the stem from each apple and press a craft stick into the top. Place the apples on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes #2 While apples are in freezer, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the sugar, corn syrup and milk. Continue stirring about 12-15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately stir in the vanilla until well mixed #3 Remove apples from freezer and dip each apple one at a time in the caramel mixture #4 Pour your choice of nuts onto a plate. Roll each apple in the nuts and return to the baking sheet. Refrigerate the apples for 15 minutes to set, then enjoy!
