2 to 4 tbsp Urban Meadow unsalted butter

2 tsp fresh oregano

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 lbs. ground beef

4 large potatoes, peeled, and cut into 2-inch chunks

1 cup milk

1 onion, diced
