#1 For the Cookies: Preheat oven to 350° F #2 Using a hand mixer with a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla #3 Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition #4 Gradually add flour, salt and baking soda.
