#1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees #2 Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into wedges about ¾ inch thick. Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with oil and sprinkle rosemary and salt. Toss to ensure all potatoes are coated #3 Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a knife pierces through easily.
