#1 Prepare McCain® Seasoned Curly Fries according to package directions #2 Melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour. Stir until well mixed #3 Add beer, stirring constantly until smooth. Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly until smooth. Bring to a soft boil until dip thickens #4 Pour mix into a small bowl and serve with fries. Enjoy!
