#1 Preheat oven to 350F. #2 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. #3 Add in cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined. #4 Stir in blue cheese and buffalo sauce, then add in shredded chicken and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring well to combine. #5 Transfer to an oval baking dish, then top generously with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown. #6 Pipe football laces on top of the dip with sour cream (optional).
