#1 Scoop one cup of Breyer’s Mango Ice Cream and allow ice cream to come to room temperature. #2 Combine chopped fruit together in a bowl. #3 Divide fruit salad among 4 bowls. #4 Pour ¼ cup mango cream mixture over each cup of fruit.

Bionicos are tasty fruit bowls, drizzled with crema. They originated in street food carts in Guadalajara, Mexico.
