Directions

#1 Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter and pat into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan and freeze. #2 Slice ice cream and layer on top of cookie crust and freeze. #3 Boil milk, sugar, butter and chocolate for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly. #4 Cool and pour over ice cream and freeze. #5 Spread Cool Whip over this and top with salted peanuts.

1 large pkg Oreos, crushed

1 container Turkey Hill Vanilla Ice Cream

1 or 2 squares Unsweetened Chocolate

1/4 cup Urban Meadow® butter, melted

1 large can Urban Meadow® evaporated milk

to taste Urban Meadow® salted peanuts

1 cup Urban Meadow® sugar
