#1 Preheat oven to 356°F. #2 In a small pot, heat vegan butter with Violife Just like Cheddar shreds. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until nicely melted for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. #3 Boil macaroni according to packet instructions, rinse and drain. Place back in the pot and top with the Violife cheesy sauce, mixing well until evenly coated. #4 Spoon into a cast iron pan and top with breadcrumbs and the Violife Just like Parmesan. #5 Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
