#1 Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Mix in the taco seasoning until evenly distributed and fully cooked. #2 Pour ground beef into a large, oven safe dish. #3 Cube cream cheese, processed packaged cheese and pepper jack cheese. Add on top of the ground beef. #4 Add salsa, diced green chile peppers and shredded Mexican cheese evenly over the cubed cheeses and meat. #5 Place pan in oven for 10 minutes then take out and mix together the ingredients. #6 Place the pan back in the oven covered with plastic wrap then tin foil. Take pan out after 20 minutes.
