#1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in 30 second intervals, for 1-2 minutes until fully melted & smooth. #2. Cut a slit on the side of each date, then fill each with peanut butter and top with peanuts. #3. Using a fork, dip each stuffed date in melted chocolate until fully coated. Place onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Repeat until all stuffed dates are enrobed in chocolate. Sprinkle all chocolates with a light dusting of sea salt. #4. Allow the chocolate to set, then store in the fridge or freezer until serving! Enjoy!
