#1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease & sugar a 9” round pan. #2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. #3. Create a well and whisk in olive oil, yogurt and eggs. Add lemon zest and juice and stir until completely combined. #4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. #5. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
