Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add chili powder and cumin.#3. Stir until combined, season with salt & pepper. #4. Add ground beef and cook until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Top with diced tomatoes and black beans and stir until combined. #5. Stir in hot sauce, and Mexican cheese blend. #6. Cover until melted, about 1-2 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve!
