In a large saucepan, add milk, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, chocolate chips, condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and chili powder, cayenne and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. #2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes & serve immediately. #3. Top with your favorite toppings, such as marshmallows, cinnamon, whipped cream or more cayenne!
