#1. Preheat oven to 375°F. #2. Mix ¾ cup sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice and blueberries. #3. Place dough on a greased pie dish and pour berry mixture into the crust. Cut remaining pastry into ½ inch wide strips, and weave into a lattice. #4. Lightly brush the top of the pie crust with the egg/milk mixture and sprinkle the top with remaining sugar. #5. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
