#1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub pork tenderloin with 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix. Place in center of large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. #2. Mix sweet potatoes, onions and oil in bowl. Add remaining Seasoning Mix toss to coat well. Arrange around pork on sheet pan. #3. Bake 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and sweet potatoes are tender. Slice pork and serve with sweet potatoes and onions.
