#1. Preheat oven to 425°F. #2. Microwave potatoes on HIGH 15 minutes or until fork tender, turning halfway through cooking. Cool potatoes slightly. #3. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch shell. Set shells aside. Add cheese, milk, butter and Seasoning to cooked potato. Mash with potato masher. Fill shells evenly with potato mixture. Place on baking sheet. #4. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
