#1. Preheat oven to 350°F. #2. Mix flour, pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice, allspice and salt in small bowl. Set aside. #3. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer on medium speed 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla on low speed just until blended. #4. Gradually beat in flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in apples, raisins and walnuts. Spread evenly in greased 9-inch round cake pan. #5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert cake onto serving plate. Serve warm with Vanilla Butter Sauce #6. For the Vanilla Butter Sauce, bring sugar, butter and cream to boil in 2-quart saucepan on medium heat. Reduce heat to low simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over cake.
